Roles & Responsibilities


-Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation

-Monitoring of the bid management to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements

-Contribution to cost and price calculations

-Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjusting them to the frameworks given by the customers.

-Searching for new tenders

-Analyzing potential tenders

-Tender preparation and bid submission

-Follow up on a bid

-Understanding of tender management process

-To follow relevant procedures for tender compilation

-To produce exceptional quality tender submissions, tailored to the requirements of each individual client, producing the best possible bid for the company

-Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the production, pricing, sales, and/or distribution of products

-Updating tender files and software for the same

-Preparing daily/weekly and monthly reports


Qualifications:


- Proven experience in tendering, bidding, or a related role.

- Experience in GeM and other similar tender portals.

- Strong understanding of the tendering process and documentation.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
