Should have led large Service Now delivery teams in the past
Strong experience in transition and implementation; demonstrated experience in the run state
Experience building Centers of Excellence teams and deliver successful outcomes efficiently.
Experience interacting with executive level stakeholders
Advanced knowledge of the broader scope that frames the essential technical area of work with ability to use this knowledge to create incremental value and technical strategy
Good understanding of Scrum, Lean, Kanban and other agile development techniques
Responsibilities
Build and lead an effective Service Now team dedicated to fulfilling the operational responsibilities to lead the development, design, implementation and support for the Service Now platform.
Optimize performance, quality, and cost of the delivery function by defining and implementing proper resourcing, and utilization, increasing automation and process efficiency.
Delivery successful outcome at highest CSAT rating within the agreed project scope and timelines
Establish and build large teams for establishing standards, process, governance, and an engagement model for services fundamental to the Service Now platform.
Serve as primary point of contact and escalation point to address client concerns.
Maintain strong relationships at the highest level and help customers define their Service Now strategy and guide the delivery team to achieve expected outcomes.
Establishes regular cadence with clients to ensure alignment to the roadmap.
Continually drive the client’s Service Now Platform Roadmap, maintaining agreed upon velocity/throughput
Effectively articulate business cases and problem statements to technical delivery teams
Participate in the staffing and recruiting efforts for additional delivery team resources
As head of delivery be effective as an Enterprise Architect for Service Now and continue to maintain in-depth product knowledge of the Service Now platform.
Participate in industry or marketing events as needed
