We are seeking an experienced Senior Frontend Engineer to join our innovative team and take ownership of building intuitive, responsive, and high-performance web applications. This role is pivotal in scaling our AI-powered creative content platform. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in frontend development, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a strong passion for shaping the intersection of AI and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of dynamic and responsive UIs using modern frontend technologies such as Java Script, Type Script, React, and CSS.
Collaborate with backend engineers to architect and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices, ensuring a seamless and efficient frontend-backend interaction.
Guide the team in adopting and implementing emerging frontend technologies, ensuring scalability and robustness.
Drive performance optimization efforts across all supported browsers and platforms, delivering pixel-perfect and high-quality user interfaces.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge-sharing sessions, elevating the team’s technical capabilities.
Partner with design and product teams to translate complex requirements into elegant, functional, and visually appealing user interfaces.
Conduct thorough code reviews to uphold high standards of code quality, organization, and maintainability, leveraging automated testing frameworks.
Define and enforce best practices for frontend development, ensuring the team adheres to modern engineering principles.
Requirements: 5+ years of hands-on frontend development experience, preferably in fast-paced, product-focused environments.
Expertise in Java Script, Type Script, HTML, CSS, and modern frontend frameworks such as React (preferred), Angular, or Vue.js.
Strong understanding of state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand) and experience with RESTful API integration.
Experience working with AWS services such as Lambda, Amplify, and SNS.
Proven ability to design and implement complex, reusable design systems across web and mobile applications.
Expertise in cross-browser compatibility and performance benchmarking to ensure optimal user experience.
Familiarity with additional programming languages like Python, Go, or Java.
Knowledge of AI tools and frameworks is highly desirable, particularly in integrating AI capabilities to enhance user interfaces.
Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills, with a proven track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams.
Leadership experience in guiding and mentoring other engineers is a plus.
