About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Executive to join our team. The role involves handling legal documentation, supporting compliance processes, coordinating with external partners, and ensuring smooth legal operations for the company. If you have a strong understanding of corporate legal procedures and a keen eye for accuracy, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and maintain legal documents, agreements, contracts, NDAs, and other company policies Assist in ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance for the organization Coordinate with external legal consultants, vendors, and government authorities when required Maintain legal records, document control, and contract repositories Support HR and Finance teams with employee, vendor, and client-related legal paperwork Handle notices, official correspondence, and follow-ups with concerned parties Conduct basic legal research and provide updates on relevant laws and regulations Prepare reports and maintain trackers for legal activities and compliance status Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent Minimum 1 year of in-house legal experience in a corporate environment Good understanding of corporate contracts, labour laws, and IPR Strong English communication skills — written and verbal Excellent drafting and documentation accuracy Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage timelines, multitask, and work independently Interested candidates can send their CV and Cover Letter to:
