About the RoleThis role involves overseeing all aspects of HR management, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and policy development, to support a culture of excellence, integrity, and growth.The ideal candidate will be both strategic and hands-on, capable of managing day-to-day HR operations while helping shape long-term organizational development.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HR policies and processes aligned with organizational objectivesManage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for staff, engineers, and site teamsDrive performance management, goal setting, and annual appraisal cyclesMaintain and update HR records, attendance, payroll inputs, and compliance with statutory regulations (EPF, ESIC, etc.)Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement and training initiativesCollaborate with department heads to forecast manpower needs and support resource planningManage contractual and site staff coordination in line with labor laws and safety standardsSupport leadership in organizational development and succession planningRequirementsMinimum 2-4 years of experience in HR management (preferably in manufacturing or infrastructure companies)Strong understanding of HR laws, statutory compliances, and modern HR practicesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skillsProficient in MS Office and HR software (Tally HR, Zoho People, or similar)
