About the Role: We are hiring a Director of Engineering with strong technical expertise and a product mindset to join the leading EV Infrastructure . This role will bridge business and technology, driving scalable solutions and enabling the nation’s largest clean mobility network.

Lead and mentor engineering teams, driving best practices and technical excellence.
Translate business needs into product and engineering strategies for seamless delivery.
8+ years of experience in core engineering roles (software development, architecture, system design).
~ Proven track record in product-based companies (mobility, logistics, EV, automobile, or early startups preferred).
~ Strong technical expertise in scalable distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and core engineering practices .
~ Experience in building, mentoring, and scaling engineering teams.
~ Ability to partner with product leaders, engineering managers, and business stakeholders to drive alignment.
~ Experience in mobility, logistics, EV, or automobile sectors.
Exposure to fast-scaling environments (startup/scale-up experience).
Hands-on experience in modern tech stacks (Node.js, Java, Golang, cloud platforms).
