The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce integrations, along with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.Key Responsibilities- Analyze business processes and translate them into Salesforce solutions.- Design, code, test, and deploy custom Salesforce applications and enhancements.- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows.- Perform regular system audits and ensure platform security and data integrity.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including admins, analysts, and project managers.- Provide technical support and training to end-users.- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend improvements.Required Skills & Qualifications- 3–7 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and JavaScript.- Experience with Salesforce integration tools and middleware.- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data modeling.- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II is a plus).- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
