In the top 1% of Shopify stores in India, we have been bootstrapped and profitable with industry-leading benchmarks. We have grown from a 100-square-foot garage to a 100+-person team within 3.5 years.
So, what do we do differently? We focused on making the basics the heroes of our brand. To this day, we only offer 10 carefully curated styles. It might seem unconventional in an industry where variety is often seen as the key to success, but we've not only made it possible; we've made it profitable. Our philosophy is to focus on what is important and let go of the rest.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for an experienced and enterprising individual with the zeal and passion to lead and create ideas and conceptualize visuals at सादा / SAADAA.
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
- Creative Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of junior designers, ensuring high standards of design quality and creativity.
- Conceptualization: Generate innovative design ideas based on project goals and requirements, and lead the team in executing these ideas.
- Visual Design: Create and oversee the development of captivating graphics, illustrations, and layouts for websites, social media, marketing materials, ads, and other platforms.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams, product teams, and other collaborators to understand project objectives and incorporate feedback.
- Software Proficiency: Utilize advanced graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to bring designs to life, and teach best practices to the team.
- File Management: Organize and manage design files, ensuring accessibility and version control within the team.
- Print Production: Prepare and oversee the delivery of print-ready files, considering color profiles and resolution.
- Deadline Management: Lead the team in meeting project deadlines and effectively prioritize multiple tasks.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on design trends and technologies to improve personal and team skills and remain competitive.

- Creativity: An eye for detail and a strong creative flair, with the ability to lead creative brainstorming sessions.
- Technical Proficiency: Mastery of design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, with an ability to teach and guide others.
- Communication: Effective communication and collaboration skills to understand and convey design concepts to a broader team.
- Typography: Expertise in selecting and using fonts effectively, with knowledge of advanced typography techniques.
- Color Theory: In-depth knowledge of color combinations and their impact on design.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing design trends and brand preferences, and guide the team through these changes.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead a team in doing the same.
- Problem Solving: Creative problem-solving skills to address design challenges and lead the team in finding solutions.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to design to ensure accuracy and quality in all projects.
- Aesthetic: A keen eye for aesthetics and details is a must, with an ability to guide the team towards a unified vision.
- Leadership: Experience in leading a design team and driving successful project outcomes.
