Grocery Farm was built to inspire healthy eating at affordable rates. The Grocery Farm team takes on every step of the process - from product sourcing to sorting, grading, and packaging - with utmost love and care. We are seeking a creative and energetic Social Media Reel Content Creator who is passionate about creating short-form video content that captures attention and drives engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current social media trends, particularly on platforms like Instagram and YouTube, and possess a vision for modern aesthetics. This role is open to both freshers and experienced individuals who can bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to our social media strategy. Develop, create, and edit engaging reels and short-form videos for platforms such as Instagram and YouTube. - Come up with creative and innovative reel concepts that align with our brand and marketing goals. - Plan, shoot, and execute end-to-end production of reel content, including scripting, filming, and editing. - Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, viral content, and platform updates to ensure our content is current and relevant. - Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative concepts for social media campaigns. - Utilize creative storytelling techniques to produce compelling and visually appealing video content. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of content. - Analyze performance metrics to refine content strategies and optimize engagement. - Engage with our online community through comments, messages, and interactive content to build a loyal following. - Maintain consistency in brand voice and style across all social media content. - Proficiency in video editing apps for reels - Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and YouTube, and their respective algorithms. - Creative mindset with a strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail. - Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. - A portfolio showcasing previous short-form video content or social media reels is highly preferred. - If you are passionate about creating engaging social media content, have a knack for storytelling through short-form videos, and are eager to be a part of a forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you
