By conducting symposiums, workshops, and conferences, IIBS builds leadership capabilities and fosters a global network among management students, industry, and society. The vision of IIBS is to become one of the top ten business schools globally, with a mission to create a dynamic education system that equips students with knowledge, skills, and ethics.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager in Education/Training in the South India (Kerala, Goa and Tamil Nadu) Region at IIBS, Bengaluru. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing marketing campaigns, coordinating with educational partners, conducting market research, and analyzing marketing trends within the education sector.Qualifications and experience:Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Market Research skillsCoordinating promotional activities, events and conducting interviewsMinimum 3 years of Experience in the education or training industryDigital Marketing and Social Media Marketing skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentMBA/PGDM/Equivalent degree in Marketing, Business, or related fieldPackage:Salary: ₹4.0–6.0 LPAEmployment Type: Full-time
