The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks and scripts to support testing and validation of medical software systems.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement robust automation frameworks for medical software applications.Develop and maintain automation scripts using programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or Selenium .Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and domain experts to ensure high-quality deliverables.Analyze test results, identify issues, and work with development teams to resolve them.Ensure compliance with medical domain standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO Continuously improve automation processes and tools to enhance efficiency and coverage.Required Skills & Qualifications:5–10 years of hands-on experience in software development or test automation.Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, Java, C#, or Selenium .Strong experience in automation scripting and test framework development.Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.Strong communication and collaboration abilities.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in the medical or healthcare domain .Knowledge of regulatory standards such as FDA 21 CFR Part 11, ISO 13485, or IEC 62304.Experience with test management tools and CI/CD pipelines.
