This individual will play a critical role in driving business growth by managing proposals, crafting innovative solutions, and fostering strong relationships with Microsoft and key stakeholders. Own and manage the presales process for MS Dynamics opportunities across CRM, ERP, and related modules. Respond to RFPs/RFIs with high-quality proposals and solution documents. Solution Architecture: Design end-to-end solutions leveraging MS Dynamics 365 and related Microsoft technologies. Capability Building: Develop and enhance internal frameworks, accelerators, and reusable assets for MS Dynamics. Build and maintain strategic relationships with Microsoft and other technology partners. Stay updated on Microsoft roadmap and leverage co-selling opportunities. Represent the organization in industry forums, webinars, and Microsoft events. 12+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics (CRM/ERP) with strong presales and solutioning background. ~ Proven track record in managing large-scale proposals and solution architecture. ~ Deep understanding of MS Dynamics 365 modules, Power Platform, Azure integration, and related technologies. ~ Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect (Get a glimpse of) The R Systems Experience Purpose-Driven Projects: Contribute to meaningful projects making an impact in the lives of millions worldwide.
