Job Description: Key Responsibilities Lead the design and architecture of integrated energy management solutions tailored to industrial customers. Software architecture and design Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on energy management systems, building automation, and industrial IOT (IIOT) Coding and automated Unit and acceptance Testing Performance tuning and bench marking Software/Product Deployment Analytical skills & software development skills Provide mentorship and guidance to juniors, fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture. Architecting and implementing data management strategies to ensure data quality and accessibility Collaborating with cross-functional teams to derive valuable insights. Experience in Level 4 defect management, for managing defects coming from the field, and release management Desirable: Experience in Industrial control technologies is a plus. Apply expertise in machine learning, statistical modelling, and data analysis to develop and implement advanced algorithms and analytical solutions. Managing data infrastructure and tools for business support Product Security Developing automated UI testing frameworks MUST HAVE: BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MCA with 15+ years of experience in Software product development. Strong knowledge of Java, spring boot environments and software development methodologies with microservices architecture Experience of REST API development. Work Experience in energy management systems and building automation. Strong knowledge of energy management technologies, like electricity, natural gas, and other utilities, or Experience in Energy Transition domain Experience in any cloud platform (Azure is preferred) Work experience with Docker Containerization and Microservices based cloud application development. Desirable: Experience with industrial control technologies and communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Modbus TCP, OPC UA, IEC 61850, DNP3) is desirable. Experience in SCADA is desirable. Experience with Bigdata, time series. IOT brokers, Experience of using Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD Tools Work experience with Azure ML platform. Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices in industrial environments. Understanding product security and applicable tools Relevant certifications in solution architecture, cloud platforms, or energy management (e.g., AWS/Azure Certified Solutions Architect, ISO 50001 Auditor, etc.) are highly desirable. Strong business acumen and customer focus, with excellent leadership communication and presentation skills Hands on experience in coding, designing and architecting low coupled, highly scalable, highly observable and highly reusable software services and components Extensive technical experience in architecting and designing back-end services, web and awareness of contemporary technology paradigms and practices available in the Saa S world. Understanding of native cloud services and offerings from leading vendors, and experience in building services and components that are cloud vendor agnostic. Understanding of resource orchestration software and tools for automating deployment, scaling, and management of containerized applications Highest focus on quality management tools – code coverage, performance testing, automated UI tests and the substance Good understanding of Industrial domain – opportunities, existing products and offerings and the evolution Work experience in IOT Domain.
