Shape Our Story: As a Content Marketer, you’ll create content that connects with our audience—blogs, social media posts, videos, and campaigns that define how people perceive Trycon. ~ Experiment & Learn: Explore different content formats, apply SEO best practices, and discover what resonates with our audience. ~ Refine & Grow: Receive constructive feedback, improve your writing and strategy, and develop the skills to create high-impact content. ~ Make an Impact: Own content projects end-to-end and track their influence on traffic, engagement, and brand growth. ~ Work closely with writers, marketers, and SEO specialists in a supportive environment that encourages learning and teamwork. ~ Grow Your Career: Gain experience in content strategy, digital marketing, and product marketing, laying the foundation for future leadership roles. As a Content Marketer , you will be responsible for: Acquisition of a highly-targeted audience for a B2B SaaS product of Trycon Building and executing the GTM strategy of the product with the help of the Marketing Manager Using popular marketing strategies, including content, video, affiliate, influencer, and social media marketing, to meet acquisition goals Generating SEO/AEO-optimized content for all required formats, including blog articles, guest posts, website content, emails, social media posts, discussion forum answers, and video scripts Generating complementary images using online design and AI tools Strong writing and verbal skills with the ability to craft engaging content ~ Creative mindset: Ability to generate fresh ideas, think critically, and adapt content to different audiences and platforms ~ Digital marketing knowledge: Familiarity and hands-on technical experience working with SEO/AEO, SEM, social media ad platforms, emailing tools, analytics tools, and CMSs (WordPress, Webflow) ~ Comfortable tracking KPIs, measuring content performance, and optimizing campaigns based on data ~ Proficient with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and project management platforms for seamless teamwork ~ Ensures accuracy, consistency, and quality across all content pieces ~ Quick to pick up new platforms, trends, and marketing strategies to keep content relevant and impactful Graduation and/or Post-Graduation from a reputed institution with a minimum of 65% or 7 CGPA ~1-2 years of content writing experience, preferably in a SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) company Compensation : INR 5 - 7 LPA (Annual CTC) Working Days : Monday - Friday Flexible working hours (9 hours per day) Hybrid Work Model : Flexible between office and home Employee Provident Fund (EPF) and National Pension Scheme (NPS) Generous leave policy Wellness programs , team outings, and product learning sessions
