Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead and enhance our digital marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, data analytics, and strategic planning to drive client’s marketing efforts to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Utilize web analytics tools, like Google Analytics 4 (GA4)/GTM or Adobe Analytics, to gather and analyze data, providing actionable insights.
  • Perform ROI analysis to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Analyze and interpret web analytics data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Create compelling stories on customer journey, funnel gap analysis from data & develop dashboards on tools like PowerBI & Looker Studio
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Align industry best practices for digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing, & seamless integration of web analytics platforms with websites and apps to guarantee accurate tracking of traffic and user behavior.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in digital marketing sphere.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on web analytics and digital marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing strategy development and implementation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Proficient in using SQL, or BigQuery to analyze data and find insights, trends & gaps
  • Expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in GA4 or related digital marketing certifications is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS, JS & web development and UX/UI principles.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms.
  • Familiar with applications of modeling techniques such as Customer segmentation, Media Mix Modeling
  • Understand principles of Identity resolution techniques & implementation and usage of CDP platforms
