The company is banking on its speed of execution and technology advancement as key factors to drive a 5X growth in the next five years, both in revenues and number of employees.Job Title:Automation Architect / QA Lead – Finacle, Selenium & PlaywrightLocation:Bangalore / Chennai / MumbaiExperience:10+ years in Software Testing & Automation, with strong exposure to Finacle Core Banking, Selenium, and Playwright frameworks.Role Overview:Lead automation initiatives for Finacle Core Banking Solutions and associated digital channels. Design and implement scalable automation frameworks using Selenium and Playwright, ensuring robust testing for web, API, and integration layers.Key Responsibilities:- Architect and maintain automation frameworks for Finacle modules (Deposits, Loans, Payments, etc.) using Selenium WebDriver and Playwright.- Ensure compatibility with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI).- Develop reusable scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing.- Automate UI and API tests across multiple environments.- Embed automation in DevOps workflows for continuous quality checks.- Work closely with business analysts, developers, and QA teams to align automation with banking workflows.- Conduct load and stress testing for Finacle applications.- Identify, report, and track defects using tools like JIRA.- Guide junior automation engineers and enforce best practices.Required Skills- Deep understanding of Finacle architecture and modules.- Expert in Selenium WebDriver, Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript), TestNG/JUnit.- Proficiency in Java and JavaScript/TypeScript.- Hands-on with Jenkins, Git, Maven.- Familiarity with Cucumber, Appium (for mobile), and REST API testing.- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.Preferred Certifications:- ISTQB Advanced Level- Finacle Functional/Technical Certification- Automation Testing Certifications (Selenium/Playwright)
