You’ll lead end-to-end design across mobile, dashboards, and enterprise platforms, working closely with cross-functional teams to craft trusted user journeys for millions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead UX/UI design across mobile, web, and dashboardsSimplify complex flows and systems for both consumer and enterprise usersTranslate AI/ML security features into usable, human-centered interfacesDefine, build, and evolve design systems, UI kits, and reusable componentsDesign for both B2C (users) and B2B (telcos, banks, regulators) use casesRapidly prototype and test concepts using Figma/Framer/Rive/Miro/Adobe CCCollaborate with product, engineering, AI/ML, and marketing teamsEnsure accessibility, performance, and trust in every design decisionExperience8–12 years in UI/UX or product design (preferably in startups/SaaS)Proven track record shipping both B2C products (consumer-facing apps at scale) and B2B platforms (dashboards, enterprise tools, telco/banking systems)Experience designing and leading complex systems—dashboards, chat, calls, or fintech platformsExperience mentoring junior designers and owning end-to-end design deliveryBonus: Background in AI, security, telecom, or fraud preventionTechnical SkillsExpertise in Figma, FigJam, Framer, Adobe CC, Rive,Proficiency in motion/interaction prototyping tools (ProtoPie, Principle, or similar)Familiarity with analytics/UX testing tools (Hotjar or similar)Strong understanding of responsive, performance-first design across devicesSoft SkillsStrong eye for detail, micro-interactions, and system thinkingEmpathy for emerging markets, multilingual UX, and fraud-sensitive usersAbility to balance strategic thinking with executionExcellent collaboration and communication in distributed teamsQualificationsDegree in Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or similarPortfolio showcasing shipped products and detailed case studiesBonus: Certifications in AI UX, behavioural design, or data visualizationWhy YAL.ai?Help build the world’s most secure communication platformWork directly with the founder’s office and AI leadersShape the experience of 100M+ users across continentsJoin a funded, high-growth company with global ambitionsRedesign from scratch with agency-grade design support and full product ownershipBe part of a mission, not just a jobApply NowSend your CV + Portfolio (Figma/Behance/Dribbble/PDF) to:
