Your goal is to maximize ROAS through smart targeting, optimization, and continuous testing.Key Responsibilities:Manage and optimize 30+ Google Ads campaigns.Oversee budgets of $100 K+ per month.Track KPIs, analyze data, and improve performance.Work with creatives on ad content and messaging.Run A/B tests and optimize bidding strategies.Report on campaign results and improvements.Requirements:Proven experience managing large Google Ads budgets.Previous experience at a Google Partner agency (required).Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, You Tube).Excellent analytical and optimization skills.Google Ads certification (required).What We Offer:Competitive pay ($7 K–$10 K/month).Performance commission (3–5%).Remote work flexibility.Career growth with a fast-moving global team.
