Position: AEM ArchitectExperience Required: 8–15 years (minimum 4–6 years in Adobe Experience Manager)Role OverviewThe AEM Architect is responsible for leading the end-to-end design, architecture, and implementation of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions. This role combines technical expertise, solution design, integration leadership, and stakeholder coordination to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance digital experience platforms.Key Responsibilities1. Architecture & DesignArchitect end-to-end solutions on AEM Sites, Assets, Forms, and/or Screens .Define component architecture, workflows, content models, templates, OSGi services , and dispatcher caching strategy.Create high-level and low-level design (HLD & LLD) documents.Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, flexibility, and security requirements.2. Technical Leadership Lead development teams across sprints, reviewing and guiding:AEM components (HTL/Sightly)Sling modelsOSGi servicesIntegrations with 3rd-party systems (REST, GraphQL, SOAP)Enforce AEM best practices , coding standards, and architectural governance.Conduct design + code reviews.3. Integration & DevOps Architect integrations between AEM and:CRM / CDPAdobe Analytics, Target, LaunchCommerce platforms (Magento, SAP Commerce, Shopify)Search (Solr, Elastic)Work with DevOps to enableCI/CD pipelinesCloud Manager (AEMaaCS)Dispatcher configurationsAutomated deployments4. AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) Work on Cloud Service architectureCloud Manager pipelines & performance testsAsset Compute workersContent
