We at PW (Physics Wallah) hiring for Associate - Counselling (Vernacular Kannada)


Location - WFH

Experience - 1-2 year


There is requirement of Kannada, Hindi and English speaking counsellor


Key Responsibilities:

  • Student Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for prospective students and their families, providing information about programs, admission requirements, and campus life.
  • Counseling: Advise students on application procedures, financial aid options, and scholarship opportunities.
  • Application Review: Evaluate applications and supporting documents to determine eligibility for admission.
  • Events Coordination: Organize and participate in recruitment events, campus tours, and informational sessions.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application statuses in the admissions database.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with academic departments, financial aid, and other stakeholders to support students throughout the admissions process.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in admissions and enrollment management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in admissions, recruitment, or student services preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with admissions software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
