Product Strategy:Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy in alignment with company goals.Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.Define and prioritize product features based on business value and customer impact.Product Development:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to drive product development from concept to launch.Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Conduct regular product reviews to ensure alignment with strategic goals and timely delivery.Product Lifecycle Management:Manage the entire product lifecycle, including ideation, development, launch, and post-launch optimization.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.Iterate on products based on user feedback, market trends, and performance metrics.Stakeholder Communication:Effectively communicate product plans, progress, and results to internal stakeholders and executive leadership.Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive go-to-market strategy.Team Leadership:Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve product development goals.Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the product team.Qualifications:Master's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related fieldProven experience (10 years) in Conversational AI product management, with a successful track record of delivering high-impact products.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Experience with agile development methodologies and tools.Knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
