Brand Manager

Client: One of India's leading Services & Infrastructure Conglomerates with interests in Retail, Airport Development, urban infrastructure, services business etc

Salary Budget: 25LPA

Reports to: Head Branding

Position Summary: Drive the passenger experience strategy at the Airport, enhancing the complete passenger journey, including marketing with the non-aero side. Support airlines and freight forwarders teams.

Responsibilities:

- Brand Management - Define Positioning Strategy and drive Execution thru multiple platforms: online, offline ,ATL, BTL , Marketing Programs and Campaigns.

- Strategic tie-ups with industry, customers, channel partners, and regulatory bodies.

- Enhance Processes and Practices to ensure high quality Passenger Experience.

- Marketing : Drive topline Sales numbers and Revenues and increase Sales per Passenger

- New Product /Experiences Development based on Consumer Insights from Market Research.

-Develop new revenue streams and innovative programs.

- Provide business insights using data and analytics.

Financial Dimensions:

- Manage brand and marketing budget of 50-60 crores.

- Ensure positive ROI for activities.

Key Performance Indicators:

- Enhance Passenger experience across terminals.

- Increase Skytrax rankings from 37 to the top 10 in the next 3-5 years.

- Champion consumer brand experience and engagement.

Qualifications:

  • PGDBM or MBA
  • 8-10 years of Marketing experience, with 2-3 years in team lead roles.
  • Experience in FMCG, Commercial Retail, or similar large-scale industries.
  • Exposure to Market Dynamics, Product Development , Communications and Consumer Research is desirable.
