Implement Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) to facilitate iterative and efficient project delivery. Mentorship and Team Development: Mentor and guide junior Project Managers, supporting their growth in agile methodologies and project management best practices. Conduct regular check-ins with junior team members, providing constructive feedback and skill development opportunities. Process Improvement: Identify, analyze, and resolve process gaps that impact project efficiency or quality. Develop and implement process improvements, enhancing agility and transparency across projects. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the project management team to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Stakeholder Management: Establish strong, positive relationships with stakeholders, ensuring a seamless, customer-focused experience. Communicate project progress, risks, and mitigation plans effectively, tailoring communication to various stakeholders' needs. Act as a primary point of contact for escalations, addressing concerns proactively and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction. Job Requirements: Experience: Atleast 6+ years of project management experience, with at least 4 years in agile project management and 3+ years managing AI/Cloud/Digital Transformation focused projects. Agile Expertise: Strong experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), with proven success in implementing Agile frameworks across teams. Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead junior Project Managers, fostering a collaborative and learning-focused environment. Artifact Creation: Skilled in creating essential project documentation, including project charters, risk registers, RACI matrices, and project reports. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of managing stakeholder expectations and fostering strong relationships. Customer Focus: Dedication to delivering an outstanding, customer-first experience to stakeholders, both internal and external. Process Improvement: Ability to identify process gaps and implement improvements to streamline project delivery. Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or SAFE is required. High IQ and EQ Preferred Skills: Certifications in CSPO/PSPO, PMI - PMP are preferred.
