Role: Site Reliability Engineer Location: Bangalore (WFO) About the role: We are seeking an experienced professional Site Reliability Engineer who acts as a bridge between development and IT operations, taking operational tasks to ensure the efficient functioning of Service platforms. They are responsible for monitoring, automating, and improving the reliability, performance, and availability of platforms. What you'll be Responsible for? Application/production SRE In dept knowledge on Kubernetes, Docker, Redis and Rabbit MQ. Basic Shell or python scripting Deployment of application in Kubernetes or Docker Troubleshooting application issues and responsible to raise cases to L3. Preferred CPaas domain knowledge with WhatsApp or RCS flows. Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures. System Resiliency & High Availability Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Automating Routine Tasks What You'd have? Qualification should be B.E/B. Tech/BCA/MCA Candidate must be associated with computers & technical background Proven experience as SRE/Devops with knowledge on WhatsApp and RCS flows. Solid understanding of Redis, RabbitMQ, Kubernetes and Docker Experience with Python/Shell Scripting Experience with SQL Familiarity with cloud hosting services like Azure, AWS. Good understanding of software development principles and practices, including agile methodologies REST API, SQL, Linux Why join us?
