# ; Founding Full Stack Developer + Project Manager – WellVantage (Remote - Noida/India) WellVantage is building an AI-powered wellness platform combining gym management and personalised nutrition tracking through two connected apps — one for gyms, one for their members. What you’ll do: As a founding engineer, you will be responsible for delivering some application modules end-to-end. This includes hands-on backend development (NodeJS) and frontend development (React). The initial development phase is expected to take approximately 2–3 months, and given the startup environment and your ownership of product delivery, this may require working extended hours during this period to ensure a timely and successful launch. Compensation—whether in the form of salary or profit share—will be milestone-based. Upon successful delivery, the role may transition to a full-time fixed salary arrangement.
