Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic faculty member to deliver management programs at PGS London that are aligned with UK academic standards. This role involves curriculum delivery, student engagement, and fostering academic excellence.

Qualifications

  • A Master’s degree or higher in Management or a related field.
  • Familiarity with UK academic standards and assessment methodologies.

Experience and Skills

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of teaching experience in management courses.
  • Proficiency in delivering academic content through blended learning modes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Adept at using digital tools for online and in-class teaching.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Curriculum Delivery
  • Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate management courses as per the UK academic framework reflected on PGS London's LMS platform.
  • Implement QUALIFI training techniques for interactive and outcome-based learning.
  1. Student Engagement
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and academic support to students.
  • Assess and evaluate students’ progress through assignments and projects (exam-free programs).
  • Conduct workshops and seminars to enhance employability skills.
  1. Quality Assurance
  • Maintain high teaching and assessment standards as per OFQUAL guidelines and deadlines.
  • Participate in program reviews and feedback mechanisms to enhance academic quality.
