Job Opportunities- Salary: ₹50,000 to ₹80,000 per month depending upon the experience- Work Mode: Fully Remote- Opportunity: Work with an Australian offshore company- Shift Timing: Morning shift, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM ISTAbout the Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Intelligence Analyst with at least 2 years of experience in transforming data into meaningful insights, for one of our offshore client. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a solid understanding of ETL processes to support data-driven decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Data Analysis & Reporting- Build, maintain, and optimise dashboards and reports using Looker and Power BI.- Perform advanced data analysis using Excel and Google Sheets.- Write and optimise complex SQL queries for data extraction and validation.- Conduct exploratory data analysis using Python (Pandas, NumPy, visualization tools).ETL & Data Pipeline Support- Work with ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data into data warehouses.- Collaborate with data engineering to maintain and improve ETL workflows.- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across reporting systems.- Automate repetitive data tasks using Python or SQL-based workflows.Business Intelligence Development- Develop BI solutions to improve reporting efficiency and data accessibility.- Contribute to data modeling efforts to support analytics and dashboard development.- Monitor performance and integrity of BI tools, dashboards, and data pipelines.Key Skills and Qualities:- B.Tech/B.E (or equivalent) and 1–3 years of relevant work experience required.- Experience with cloud data platforms (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake, etc.).- Version control experience (Git).- Familiarity with automation, APIs, or scripting workflows.- Exposure to statistical analysis or A/B testing.- Proficiency in Looker (LookML is a plus)- Good understanding of data warehousing and relational databases.- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Note: To save your time and ensure the best fit, please apply only if you meet the essential requirements listed aboveTechnical Requirements:- Windows 11 operating system or macOS 13+- 256GB storage space - minimum- 16GB RAM - minimum- Dual Core CPU - minimum- Camera: HD Webcam (720p)- Headset: Noise-cancelling (preferably)- Internet Speed: 50 Mbps - minimumAbout UsOutsourced Pro Global Limited is a trusted outsourcing partner supporting businesses in recruitment, finance, HR, payroll, and operations.
