You’ll work closely with our marketing and design teams to conceptualize, shoot, and produce creative content that inspires homeowners and designers. This is a hands-on creative role focused on storytelling, design execution, and brand impact. Experience required: 2–3 years in photography, videography, or creative production What You’ll Do Content Creation: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos and photos for campaigns and social media Cinematography & Photography: Capture visuals in experience centers, partner stores, and real homes Design & Editing: Create compelling visual content using Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator) Creative Direction: Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize campaigns, moodboards, and visuals Performance Focus: Analyze content performance and optimize future shoots Execution Excellence: Manage timelines, deliverables, and post-production workflows What Makes You a Great Fit 2–3 years of experience in visual content creation or creative production Strong understanding of lighting, camera work, and composition Proficiency in Adobe Suite - Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, After Effects Previous experience of working with a very visual or design-led brand is important Ability to execute independently - from setup to final output Detail-oriented, creative, and passionate about storytelling Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with strong ownership Interview Process Three interview rounds with our core team with a Short assignment If you love creating visuals that tell stories and inspire design we’d love to meet you
