About the RoleWe are looking for a passionate Mobile App Developer with a strong foundation in cross-platform development using modern frameworks. You will be responsible for crafting smooth, high-performance mobile experiences, collaborating across teams to bring ideas to life — from elegant interfaces to reliable backend integrations.If you enjoy working on both the creative and technical sides of app development, this role offers the perfect blend of autonomy, learning, and impact.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using modern frameworks and best practices.Integrate and manage APIs, cloud-based services, and third-party SDKs.Collaborate with backend engineers to design scalable API structures and data workflows.Manage build processes, testing, and deployments for both Android and i OS platforms.Utilize modern development tools and practices (version control, testing suites, CI/CD pipelines).Optimize app performance and ensure consistent, intuitive user experiences.Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and technical architecture discussions.Required SkillsStrong hands-on experience in React Native or similar cross-platform frameworks.Solid understanding of Java Script/Type Script (ES6+) and mobile architecture concepts.Familiarity with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Recoil, Zustand, or Context API).Experience integrating RESTful APIs and cloud-based services such as Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Storage).Basic understanding of backend fundamentals (Node.js, Express.js, or any No SQL database).Knowledge of version control workflows using Git.Awareness of mobile deployment processes (Google Play Store / Apple App Store).Preferred SkillsExperience with Expo and native module integration.Understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to translate wireframes or Figma designs into pixel-perfect interfaces.Familiarity with relational databases (Postgre SQL, My SQL) and API design concepts.Exposure to analytics, crash reporting, or monitoring tools (e.g., Post Hog, Sentry).What We OfferOpportunity to build real-world, scalable products used by end customers.Creative freedom and ownership of features from idea to deployment.Collaborative and growth-oriented work culture.Access to mentorship and exposure across the entire product lifecycle.Flexible working hours and performance-based incentives.Our Technology EcosystemReact Native • Type Script • Redux • Firebase • Node.js • Express.js • Mongo DB • REST APIs • Git • CI/CD Pipelines
