Company : Medivant Healthcare Industry Type: Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager Location: 100% Remote role Department: Sales & Business Development Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: Enterprise & B2 B Sales Salary Budget: 9 LPA to 11 LPA Shift : USA Shift ( Between 06.30 PM to 05 AM IST) Job description Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to support our sales team in driving growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a passion for the healthcare industry. Key Responsibilities: · Assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve company goals. · Support the sales team in identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. · Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. · Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives. · Train and mentor junior sales staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. · Attend industry conferences and events to network and promote Medivant Healthcares offerings. · Should have handled minimum 5-7 team members. · Minimum 2 years of experience as an Area/Asst Manager Qualifications: · Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. · 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the healthcare /Pharma sector. · Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management. · Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
