About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and adaptable problem solver to join our product team. As a Visual Design Intern at More, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered designs for our web and mobile products. You will collaborate closely with designers, product managers and engineers to create high-quality user experiences that delight our customers.

Principle Responsibilities

● Assist in Design Projects: Collaborate with the design team to create graphics for various marketing materials, including social media posts, email newsletters, website banners, print materials, and more.

● Conceptualize and Create Visuals: Generate creative ideas and concepts for visual content that effectively communicates our brand message and engages our target audience.

● Execute Design Tasks: Use design tools to execute design tasks and bring concepts to life.

● Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure that all visual assets adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across different platforms and mediums.

● Support Marketing Campaigns: Assist in the development of visual elements for marketing campaigns, including digital advertisements, event promotions, and product launches.

● Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, content, and other cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that meet objectives.

● Stay Updated on Design Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, design techniques, and best practices to continually enhance your skills and contribute fresh ideas to the team.

Education and Experience

We are looking for someone currently pursuing a degree or have graduated in the field of Graphic Design/UI Design/Communication Design with a Bachelor's degree in Design, or a related field who can create visually enticing, consistent and meaningful designs.

Functional Competencies

Demonstrated experience with detail-oriented human-centered design approaches

● Demonstrates strong visual design skills

● Proficiency in adjacent skills such as competitive analysis, typography and illustration

● Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator or similar compositing and vector tools

● Knowledge of Figma to collaborate with product designers and developers

● Knowledge with Adobe After Effects to create dynamic motion design for products is a plus

● Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate and convey design ideas

Kindly note - This would be a 4-6 months internship from our Bengaluru office.
