Role Overview We are looking for Sales Specialists (4–5 years’ experience) with proven expertise in lead generation for HR Tech, L&D, eLearning, or LMS products/services, especially in the US market.
This role emphasizes AI-driven sales excellence—leveraging advanced automation platforms to build pipelines, connect with decision-makers, and secure qualified meetings that fuel VowelLMS’s global growth.
This is an individual contributor role ideal for candidates who thrive in prospecting, AI-enabled outreach, relationship-building, and driving new business opportunities.
Generate high-quality leads in the US enterprise market, with focus on HR Tech, L&D, eLearning, and LMS buyers.
Use AI-powered sales automation platforms (Apollo.AI, Clay, Reply.Run multi-channel outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, email, phone) with AI-personalized messaging at scale.
Build a strong and targeted database of senior decision-makers in the US market.
Maintain accurate tracking of leads and activities in CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
Share market intelligence and competitive insights with leadership to shape sales strategy.
4–5 years of experience in B2B software sales / lead generation.
~ Proven success in HR Tech, L&D, eLearning, or LMS industry sales.
~ Hands-on experience with AI-driven sales automation tools and CRM systems.
~ Self-driven, target-oriented, and confident in building new client relationships from scratch.
