Join a dynamic team working at the crossroads of adventure, creativity, and conservation.At Kuddle Life Ventures (for-profit) and Kuddle Life Foundation (not-for-profit), we blend scuba diving, ocean education, and marine conservation to create impact and experiences that inspire.We’re hiring a hands-on Digital Media Marketing Manager to lead our digital storytelling across platforms.What You’ll Do- Design and produce digital content (Canva + tools)- Run campaigns on Meta and Google platforms (small ad budgets)- Manage our websites and Hubspot email marketing- Share analytics & insights with leadership- Collaborate with divers, scientists and creatives- Work with partners and channel platforms (such as Airbnb Experiences)- Create marketing materials and coordinate events, exhibitions, and collaborations- Work independently now, and grow into a team lead roleYou’ll Need- 3+ years of digital marketing experience- Strong English communication & storytelling ability- Hands-on with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Hubspot- Skilled in Canva & other design tools- Based in / ready to relocate to Pondicherry (mandatory)- Soft skills: creativity, initiative, teamwork, problem-solvingPerks & Culture- Salary: ₹5.0 – ₹6.5 LPA- Scuba diving certifications- Work at the intersection of tourism, sustainability & purpose- A culture of creativity, curiosity & continuous learning- Clear growth track to lead the digital marketing functionApplications reviewed on a rolling basis.
