Job Title: Trainer / Training Content Creator Location: Mumbai (On-site) Employment Type: Full-time Experience- 1-3 Years Department: Learning & Development AIQ Space Ventures is a deep-tech startup operating at the intersection of geospatial intelligence, AI, and space-tech. Our mission is to build solutions that power better decision-making for industries and governments through spatial data and intelligence-driven platforms. As we grow rapidly, we are looking for a Trainer / Training Content Creator who can support our internal capacity-building efforts across departments, ensuring that our team is well-equipped with technical knowledge and professional skills. The Trainer / Training Content Creator will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-impact training programs tailored to the unique needs of AIQ’s multidisciplinary teams. The scope includes onboarding modules, functional upskilling, and leadership development across both technical and non-technical roles. Training Design & Delivery: Develop comprehensive training roadmaps aligned with team goals and company strategy. Conduct skill-gap analysis and create tailored learning interventions. Design and deliver live virtual/in-person training sessions on topics such as: Technical: GIS tools, Python, QGIS, remote sensing, AI/ML basics, version control, platform walkthroughs, product development lifecycle, etc. Non-Technical: Onboard new employees through structured induction training. Content Development: Create engaging multimedia learning content (slide decks, documentation, recorded video tutorials, interactive assessments). Maintain a digital knowledge library for internal use. Localize or customize open-source training content to suit internal workflows and tools. Gather feedback and continuously iterate on training programs. Coordinate with HR, department heads, and tech leads to identify training needs. Proven 1-3 years of experience in technical training or instructional design, preferably in a startup or tech-enabled company. GIS, geospatial tools, data science, product development, or business skills training. Core expertise in training content creation and delivery, with multi-specialty knowledge and proven leadership experience. Excellent communication and content writing abilities. Proficiency in tools such as MS Office, Canva, Notion, Google Suite, and learning platforms (e.g., Familiarity with space-tech or geospatial intelligence. Prior experience in building training programs from scratch. Knowledge of adult learning principles or a certification in instructional design. Freedom to experiment and innovate in training methods.
