Dear Candidates TCS is hiring for Endpoint Security Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad or Chennai Experience: 4 to 6 Years Skill Required: End Point Security: Mc Afee products Basic Skills: Good knowledge on Endpoint security solutions Good knowledge in EPO, VSE, DLP and HIPSCandidate with good knowledge on other security tools like EDR solutions, Proxy and operating system security will be an added advantage Good knowledge on Incident, Change and Problem Management (ITIL) process Roles and Responsibilities: Minimum 3-5 years of Experience with Mc Afee antivirus Management and Implementation Must have experience in working with Mc Afee EPO, VSE, DLP, HIPS and EDRMust have experience in Symantec endpoint protection Should have good understanding of Endpoint security portfolio Should have good understanding on Incident management and change management Have a good understanding of Security Operations and Service Delivery This role will be responsible for working with end users, vendors, security leads as well as the other support teams to ensure successful delivery of security operations Provide day to day operational support for the Endpoint Security Services Quickly respond, troubleshoot, and implement resolutions for client issues. Perform technical configuration and implementation of Mc Afee solutions. Assist with defining SOPs and other project artifacts as per project scope.
