We’re looking for a creative-first social media thinker who can dream up wild ideas, write scroll-stopping copies, and turn campaigns into culture. If you love scripting, shooting, writing, and making content that people actually talk about, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do
  • Idea Machine → Come up with quirky, fresh campaign ideas and social-first concepts.
  • Script & Copy Writing → Write scripts for reels, campaigns, and influencer content. Pen witty captions, one-liners, and campaign copies.
  • Content Creation → Be on-ground for shoots, guide creative direction, and ensure brand storytelling is sharp.
  • Influencer Campaigns → Ideate and script influencer collaborations that don’t feel like ads.
  • Trend Spotting → Be the first to spot a meme, reel format, or cultural moment and spin it for the brand.
  • Creative Calendar → Build content calendars that go beyond “posts” — campaigns, stunts, and moments that make noise.
  • Execution Ownership → From pitch to publish, own the creative process end-to-end.
Who You Are
  • 2–5 years of experience in social-first creative roles (agency/brand/production).
  • A writer at heart who can think in scripts, copies, and campaign lines.
  • Obsessed with Instagram, YouTube, X, Snapchat trends and pop culture.
  • Hands-on with shoots, comfortable directing or producing content.
  • Someone who thrives on deadlines and chaos but delivers gold.
Bonus Points If You
  • Have worked on e-commerce, retail, entertainment or lifestyle brands.
  • Can edit basic reels/videos (not mandatory but a plus).
  • Have a portfolio of campaigns/viral content you’ve created.
