Job Description – Senior Associate (Real Estate – Legal)  Company: Role: Senior Associate (Legal) Experience: 4 - 5 Years We are looking for a Senior Associate (Real Estate – Legal) to support all legal aspects of our real estate projects. The role includes title due diligence, drafting and vetting of property documents, coordination for registrations, and ensuring compliance with real estate laws. Conduct title due diligence and prepare legal opinions/reports. Draft and vet Sale Deeds, ATS, Lease Deeds, JDA, GPA/SPA, and other real estate documents. Coordinate with sub-registrar offices, legal vendors, and internal teams for document execution and registration. Ensure RERA compliance and assist with project-related documentation. Provide legal advisory on property law issues and support litigation coordination. LL.B/LL.M with 4–8 years of experience in Real Estate Law.
