Exp Range - 7-10 yrs Hiring Location - Pune/Chennai/ Bangalore Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have Develops / migrates ServiceNow solutions. Reviews request for development and determines the technical design. Identifies the area(s) of the code that needs to be created and/or modified. Develops scripts / code to meet business requirements of the request. Adds/updates user level permissions in support of the requested functionality. Performs the initial testing to ensure that the code performs as requested. Demonstrates the functionality to the requester. Makes updates based on feedback from the requester and demonstrates the updated functionality. Moves the code from Development Instance to Test Instance using Update Sets. Moves the code to the Production and Demonstration Instances after the code is approved, and during a scheduled maintenance window. Supports the code once released to Production by investigating reported issue(s) and taking the issue(s) through to resolution. Electronic bonding between ServiceNow environment and external systems. Good-to-Have Experience in investment domain Experience in Java and JavaScript frameworks Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1- Develops / migrates ServiceNow solutions. 2- Reviews request for development and determines the technical design 3- Identifies the area(s) of the code that needs to be created and/or modified. 4- Develops scripts / code to meet business requirements of the request 5- Coordination for User acceptance
