Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Social Media Marketing Manager at ANJ Creations Pvt Ltd in New Delhi. The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing social media marketing campaigns, creating content strategies, optimizing social media platforms, and implementing digital marketing techniques on a day-to-day basis.
- Strategy Development : Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Content Creation and Management: Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (text, images, videos) for social media platforms.
- Community Engagement : Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly.
- Team Leadership : Manage and mentor a team of social media specialists, content creators, and community managers. Assign tasks and oversee daily operations to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
- Campaign Execution : Plan and execute creative social media advertising campaigns. Optimize campaigns for performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and ROI.
- Trend Monitoring : Stay up-to-date with emerging social media trends, tools, and technologies. Implement innovative approaches to keep the brand relevant and competitive.
- Campaign Management: Marketing Management and Brand Strategy
Qualifications
- Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills
- Communication skills
- Experience in Content Strategy and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms
- Ability to analyze data and implement strategies based on insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
