Job Title: Alliance ManagerLocation: Delhi / NCRExperience Required: Around 10 YearsIndustry: IT / Software SalesAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Alliance Manager to drive large software and solutions business through strategic partnerships with System Integrators (SIs) and OEMs. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in enterprise software sales, alliance management, and building long-term business relationships that generate significant revenue.Key Responsibilities:- Build and nurture strategic relationships with large System Integrators (SIs) and OEMs to generate joint business opportunities.- Responsible for driving large software and solution deals through SI and OEM partnerships.- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with partners to expand market reach.- Identify, onboard, and manage key alliances to strengthen the organization’s partner ecosystem.- Work closely with internal sales, technical, and pre-sales teams to create and deliver joint value propositions.- Manage end-to-end partner engagement — from relationship development to deal execution.- Monitor partner performance and ensure achievement of sales and revenue targets.- Track market developments, competitor alliances, and emerging technologies to recommend strategic initiatives.- Represent the company in partner events, joint marketing activities, and strategic business reviews.Required Qualifications & Skills:- Education: B.Tech / B.E.- Experience: Around 10 years in Software / SaaS Alliance Management or Channel Sales.- Proven track record in managing large software and solutions deals through alliances with SIs and OEMs.- Strong experience in partner relationship and ecosystem management.- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.- Strong understanding of enterprise software sales cycles and partnership models.- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
