Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Analog Circuit Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for independently designing analog circuits at both the block level and chip level while closely coordinating with the project lead. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to cutting-edge IC designs in advanced technology nodes. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement block-level and chip-level analog circuits. Conduct circuit analysis, simulation, and optimization to meet performance, power, and area targets. Develop and validate circuits for DAC, ADC, Band Gap, Regulators, LDOs, PLL, DLL, SERDES, DDRPHY, USB, PCIe, or similar. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. Stay updated with technology advancements, particularly Fin FET processes and nodes below 28nm. Ensure compliance with IC fabrication standards and address reliability concerns. Use tools like Cadence, Spectre, and Virtuoso for circuit design and verification. Operate common laboratory equipment for circuit testing and validation. Qualifications and Skills: Experience: Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in analog circuit design, analysis, or simulations. Technical Expertise: Proven experience in designing components such as DAC, ADC, Band Gaps, Regulators, LDOs, PLL, DLL, SERDES, DDRPHY, USB, PCIe, etc. Technology Knowledge: Exposure to Fin FET technology or nodes at 28nm or below is highly desirable. Fabrication Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of IC fabrication processes and reliability considerations. Tools Expertise: Proficiency in Cadence, Spectre, Virtuoso, and use of laboratory equipment for testing and validation. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate and document work. Preferred Skills: Experience with advanced technology nodes and circuit optimization techniques. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently under minimal supervision.
