Blue Yonder – Enterprise Supply Planning (BY-ESP) Functional ConsultantPrimary ResponsibilitiesWork closely with business users to understand requirements and design solutions within Blue Yonder – Enterprise Supply Planning (BY-ESP) .Collaborate with technical teams to convert functional specifications into detailed technical designs.Define acceptance criteria, build, and execute test plans ( Unit, Integration, UAT, Regression ).Investigate, resolve, and communicate system issues with a focus on root cause analysis .Support custom developments, prepare functional/technical specifications , and ensure successful implementation.Conduct Unit Testing, System Testing, End User Testing, Business Sign-off, and Deployment .Work with PL/SQL scripting for data validation and process automation.Understand end-to-end BY-ESP footprint , including SAP ERP integration and other connected systems.Deliver all project tasks within quality standards and timelines.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience ( 4–8 years ).Hands-on experience in supporting & building functionality in Blue Yonder – Enterprise Supply Planning (BY-ESP) .At least 1 full-cycle implementation in Blue Yonder ESP module.Strong understanding of SAP ERP data integration and supply chain planning processes .Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Analysts, Developers, DBAs, Middleware, Infrastructure).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills .About US Tech Solutions:US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
