Position overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Advisor for our flagship store in South Mumbai who will be responsible for offering a unique and personalized shopping experience to our clients. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales and building lasting relationships with our clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of luxury shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

Customer Engagement:
Deliver an exceptional and personalized shopping experience to every customer, fostering a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly, striving to exceed customer expectations..
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our product range, including fabric details, weaving techniques and the story behind each collection to effectively communicate with our patrons.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business through exceptional service.
Represent Tilfi in exhibitions and events as and when required.

Visual Merchandising:
Assist in maintaining the store's visual standards, ensuring that displays are well-organized, appealing, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Assist in the design and implementation of seasonal and promotional displays that reflect the brand’s image.

Store Maintenance:
Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and welcoming, maintaining a high standard of presentation at all times.
Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed, including proper handling of products and equipment.

Operations and Inventory management:
Manage inventory counts and maintain records of all incoming and outgoing movement
of inventory.
Ensure proper storage and upkeep of all inventory.
Prepare stock and sales reports and share with HQ.

Qualifications:
Prior experience in sales, preferably in luxury fashion or high-end retail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
In-depth knowledge of retail operations, sales techniques, and inventory management.
Passion for luxury fashion, textiles, and craftsmanship, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and demands.
