Attero is amongst a handful of elite organizations globally, with the capability to extract pure metals like Lithium, Cobalt, Titanium, Nickle, Manganese, Graphite, Gold, Copper, Palladium, etc from end-of-life electronics and Lithium-ion batteries.

The company is now in process of global expansion and setting up operations in India, Europe, and North America. Position: Associate Manager - Business Development

Location: Noida

Experience: 7-10 Yrs



Job Profile:

  • Market Research Support:

· Assist in the completion of market research reports to gain insights into market dynamics.

· Contribute to the identification and analysis of potential clients, competitors, and market trends.


  • Growth Opportunity Development:

· Support the development of growth opportunities and strategies based on data analysis.

· Contribute ideas and insights to enhance business strategies.


  • Business Development Planning:

· Assist in defining business development goals, strategies, and action plans in collaboration with senior management.

· Support the implementation of initiatives to achieve business expansion targets.


  • Lead Generation Assistance:

· Contribute to the identification of potential clients through various lead generation channels.

· Assist in maintaining a well-managed lead pipeline in terms of size and strength.

  • Client Relationship Support:

· Assist in building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients.

Contribute to ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention rates through regular client engagement.

  • Partnership Support and Collaboration:

· Support the establishment of strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders.

· Assist in collaboration on mutually beneficial projects and initiatives.

  • Proposal Development Assistance:

· Contribute to the development of proposals and presentations to potential clients.

· Support negotiations and deal closure activities under the guidance of senior team members.

  • Financial Analysis Support:

· Assist in assessing the financial viability of potential business opportunities and projects.

· Contribute to the accuracy of cost-benefit analysis and financial models.


  • Team Collaboration and Project Support:

· Promote effective collaboration and communication within internal teams.

· Assist in ensuring timely project execution and delivery.

  • Compliance and Reporting Assistance:

· Adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards with guidance.

· Assist in the timely and accurate preparation of business development activity reports.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

· Good interpersonal skills, business analytical skills, commercial acumen, negotiating skills, and conflict resolution skills.

· Good learner. Creative, open-minded, and innovative in structuring deals.

· Good written and verbal communication skills

· Proficiency in English

· Knowledge of any language other than Hindi or English will be of added advantage.
