Job Title: Tech Lead Bilingual Location: PAN IndiaMode of working: Hybrid 3 days onsite/weekRole: FulltimeExperience:Minimum 7 years of experience in software development.Strong hands-on expertise in:Java, Spring Boot, MicroservicesSQL & MySQL (or other relational databases)Good knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelopment:Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using Java and Spring Boot .Implement best practices in coding, debugging, testing, and deployment.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.Project Execution:Translate business requirements into technical solutions.Estimate development efforts and participate in sprint planning.Deliver projects on time while meeting quality standards.Continuous Improvement:Stay updated with the latest in Java, Spring, and related technologies.Suggest improvements in coding standards, architecture, and processes.Contribute to technical discussions and knowledge sharing sessions.Required Skills:Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices.Proficiency in SQL & MySQL (or other relational databases).Good understanding of Agile methodologies.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
