Role Overview:We are seeking an experiencedSenior M365 & Power Platform Specialistwho brings strong hands-on expertise acrossMicrosoft 365 administration, Share Point Online development, Power Apps, and Power Automate. The ideal candidate will combine technical proficiency with strong communication and leadership skills to manage small teams and train clients on best practices.Key Responsibilities1. M365 Administration:Manage, configure, and optimize Microsoft 365 services including Teams, One Drive, and Share Point Online.Handle user provisioning, permissions, licensing, and security configurations.Troubleshoot M365-related technical issues and performance bottlenecks.Prepare standard operating procedures (SOPs) as requested by clients.2. Share Point Development:Design, customize, and maintain Share Point sites, libraries, lists, and pages.Develop and deploy Share Point solutions using modern frameworks (i.e. SPFx, Power Shell, Pn P).Manage and administer site structures, workflows, permissions, and governance standards.3. Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate):Build and maintain business applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven).Design and automate workflows using Power Automate for process improvement.Integrate Power Platform solutions with Share Point, Teams, and other data sources (Dataverse, SQL, etc.).4. Client Training & Support:Conduct client workshops and end-user training sessions.Prepare training materials, documentation, and best practice guides.Act as a trusted advisor to clients, recommending process improvements and platform adoption strategies.5. Team Management:Lead and mentor a small team (2–3 members), providing guidance and performance feedback.Manage project timelines, task allocation, and quality control.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and QA.Required Skills & Experience5–6 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration, Share Point Online, Power Apps, and Power Automate.Strong understanding of M365 security, compliance, and governance.Experience in custom Share Point development using modern tools and frameworks.Proven track record in building and deploying Power Apps and Power Automate workflows for enterprise clients.Experience with Azure Dev Ops (ADO).Excellent communication and presentation skills for client-facing and training activities.Prior experience leading or mentoring a small technical team.Understanding of Azure Cloud and Azure Active Directory (AD) are a plus.Microsoft Certifications (e.g., MS-100, MS-101, PL-100, PL-200, or related) are a plus.Soft SkillsStrong ownership and accountability mindset.Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking.Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in simple business terms.Collaborative, team-oriented, and proactive in client engagement.EducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
