Our practical, hands-on courses are designed to help learners build successful careers in the fast-growing digital marketing industry.Role Overview:We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Admission Counselor to join our team. You will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing them with complete course information, and ensuring a smooth enrollment experience. Your primary goal will be to convert inquiries into admissions by building trust and offering the right guidance.Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from prospective students.- Counsel students and working professionals on digital marketing courses, career opportunities, and the admission process.- Follow up with leads, nurture relationships, and convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments.- Help students select the right course based on their goals and interests.- Maintain and update the student database, track inquiries, and prepare regular conversion reports.- Conduct walk-in consultations and deliver engaging course presentations.- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to generate and convert leads effectively.- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing to guide students accurately.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Marketing, Business, or related preferred).- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong ability to handle multiple inquiries and maintain a positive attitude.- 1–3 years of experience in student counseling, sales, or customer service (EdTech preferred).- Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts is an added advantage.- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is desirable.Why Join Us:✨ Work with a reputed digital marketing institute.✨ Competitive salary with attractive performance-based incentives.✨ Opportunity to upskill and grow in the digital marketing field.✨ Supportive and collaborative work culture.If you’re passionate about guiding students and helping them build successful careers, we’d love to hear from you
