Their impactful work helps redefine oncology outcomes through innovative, patient-centered solutions.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Patient Navigator/Case Manager. The role involves guiding patients through personalized care journeys, coordinating with oncologists and healthcare providers, and supporting the implementation of precision oncology services. You will assist in educating patients about genomic tests, facilitating seamless communication between stakeholders, managing case documentation, and ensuring high-quality patient experiences. Collaborating closely with the medical team, you will advocate for patient needs and provide empathetic support throughout their treatment process.Qualifications- BDS, BAMS, BHMS- Strong interpersonal, communication, and empathetic skills to effectively support patients and interact with healthcare professionals.- Experience in patient care coordination, case management, or navigation in a healthcare setting.- Basic understanding of oncology and genomic technologies or a willingness to learn and upskill in these areas.- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple cases simultaneously and maintain accurate documentation.- Proficiency in using digital tools, software, or platforms for case tracking and communication.- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, life sciences, social work, or a related field is preferred.- Familiarity with the healthcare delivery ecosystem in India, particularly within oncology, is a plus.
