We are seeking a Senior German Language Trainer / HOD (C1/C2 certified) to lead our German language department and train students—especially healthcare professionals—preparing for their careers in Germany. You’ll design, lead, and deliver high-impact, interactive sessions aligned with CEFR standards (A1–B2) , while mentoring other trainers to ensure academic excellence across batches. Academic Leadership & Training Delivery · Conduct structured, interactive sessions across A1–B2/C1 levels, integrating all four language skills. · Deliver Pflegedeutsch (Medical German) modules for healthcare professionals. · Mentor and guide trainers to ensure consistent quality and CEFR alignment. · Design syllabus, lesson plans and digital learning materials tailored to diverse learner needs. · Prepare students for international certifications (Goethe, TELC, ÖSD). · Mentorship & Academic Coordination · Coordinate with the Academic Head/ Operations Team/ Coordinator for planning and quality tracking. · Maintain accurate academic records — attendance, interview preparation, assessments, and progress reports. Provide academic counselling and motivation to sustain learner consistency. Translation & Institutional Support · Assist in translation, interpretation, and communication with German partners and employers if required. · Continuous Improvement & Professional Growth · Stay updated on teaching innovations, exam formats, and digital pedagogy. · Represent the academy in external academic forums and events.
