We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Full-Stack Web Developer with expertise in multiple
programming languages and frameworks to develop lightweight, high-performance websites and
innovative client solutions. This role requires close collaboration with designers, and other
developers to deliver engaging, high-performing web solutions that align with user needs and
business objectives. Also excel in both frontend and backend development, demonstrate a keen
eye for detail, and contribute innovative ideas to create user-friendly and impactful online
experiences.

Experience:- 2- 4 years
Expected Annual Salary per Annum:- 2 to 3 Lakhs

Key Responsibilities:
• Custom Development: Build and maintain lightweight, high-performance websites and web
applications using a range of technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React.js,
PHP, and Node.js.
• CMS Expertise: Design and implement custom themes, plugins, and functionalities for
WordPress and other CMS platforms.
• Backend Development: Develop and integrate robust backend solutions using high-level
programming languages such as PHP, Node.js, or Python, ensuring seamless performance
and scalability.
• Implement and customize APIs to integrate third-party tools and services into WordPress
websites.
• Ensure websites are secure, optimized for performance, and compliant with web
standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WordPress functionality, server configurations,
and plugin conflicts.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and project managers to translate
requirements into fully functional websites.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in WordPress and web
development.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing WordPress websites.

Required Qualifications:
• Strong experience in both frontend and backend development using technologies like
HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and PHP.
• Proficiency in building custom themes and plugins for CMS platforms like WordPress.
• Advanced knowledge of backend programming languages such as PHP, Node.js, or
Python.
• Hands-on experience with database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Expertise in responsive design, performance optimization, and SEO-friendly development
practices.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git, GitHub.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Nice-to-Have:
• Experience with additional frontend frameworks like Vue.js or Angular.
• Experience with WooCommerce and other popular WordPress plugins.
• Knowledge of WordPress multisite setups and advanced customization.
• Familiarity with hosting platforms and deployment tools.
• Understanding of SEO best practices and web analytics tools.
• Experience in integrating payment gateways and other third-party APIs.
